Shopping Basics

We offer FedEx and USPS options for United States domestic orders, including Hawaii and Alaska, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. if you are not completely satisfied with your  luxyoutlet.com order, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt. The following restrictions may apply.

  • Any seasonal surcharges will be included in your order’s delivery total and are non-refundable
  • During holiday periods the return policy may be extended to 90 days past your delivery (The current 90-day return is a promotional policy and only applies to orders placed during the promo period between 11/17/20-1/19/21)
  • Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable
  • Face Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety reasons

Please ensure your return meets the following standards:

  • The package must be sent physically from within the United States
  • The product is in its original state and packaging
  • Apparel has the original tags attached
  • Footwear is in the original bags box
  • Accessories have all parts of the original packaging

We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.luxyoutlet.com. Please return the product to the original retailer.

Payments

luxury Outlet Online Store accepts the following payment methods:

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB.
The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

luxury Outlet Online Store features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don’t have to re-enter them for future purchases.

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.
Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

yes we accept all international credit cards.

NO, we don’t use charge sales tax on any item.

Shipping & Returns

You can request the modification or cancellation of an order by contacting our customer service.

Take your PO number with a 6-digit hashtag, which you can find in your order confirmation email, then contact us by email at help@luxyoutlet.com.

If you modify an order and its price changes, you will be asked to pay the difference. Conversely, we will reimburse you for any overpayment.

You have at your disposal 14 days after receipt of your order to request a return, free of charge for orders shipped within France and Germany. We invite you to make your return request by email to help@luxyoutlet.com by respecting the conditions of returns available right here.

We will send you the return procedure as well as a link to print out your return slip stamped to your e-mail address. For orders shipped outside of France and Germany, the return procedure is identical and you are responsible for the postage.

If the price of the product is different from the exchanged product, you will be asked to pay the difference. Conversely, we will refund the overpayment if necessary.

To obtain a refund of a product, you must first return it to us within a period of 14 days after receiptby complying with the conditions for returns available here.

You can send your return request to help@luxyoutlet.com. We will send you the return procedure as well as a link allowing you to print out your return slip with postage paid to your e-mail address (for orders shipped to Metropolitan France).

Once received, your return will be processed by our team. We will proceed to refund your product provided that it has not been worn, that it is returned with the original packaging and all accessories.

Once the return has been validated, the refund will appear within 24 to 48 hours on the payment method used when ordering.

You can request a refund of a product if it has not yet been shipped (if you have not received an e-mail containing a tracking number). In this case, you must send your cancellation and refund request by e-mail to help@luxyoutlet.com. If your product has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive it and then make your refund request by e-mail and return the product.

The itemes are shipped from the country where the official manufacture takes place. The major factories are located in Asian countries.
